All about Zaka RDC

Zaka is one of the seven districts in Masvingo Province. It is located South East of Masvingo city, bordered by Masvingo District to the North-east, Chiredzi District to the South and Bikita District to the East. It has a total area of 308 630 hectares under four chiefs and altitude ranges from 400-1563m. It comprises of communal area, old resettlement and A1 plots in the agro regions 3, 4, and 5. The district is divided into 34 wards with a population of 198 889 people (2022 census). Its major business centre is Jerera Growth Point which houses council administrative offices and most government departments.
